If you are like me then you don’t miss the high school the learning experience. Nor do you miss the stuffy lecture halls of university. You are probably also tired of the endless bullet points of business presentations. No matter what your age it seems that not much has changed in how we teach even though we know so much more about how we learn.

I have been taking notes … notes about how we learn and what we enjoy doing. I like to say that we combine YouTube style videos on a blog style website to engage learners and help them to be knowledgeable, excited employees. Basically we make eLearning less like high school math class and more like Facebook and YouTube.

I have also been taking notes about customer service. In the past I have been incredibly frustrated hiring people to develop websites, produce videos or even to fix my fence. I made a list of my frustrations and then built this business to make sure we did not cause the same kind of frustration. This list of frustrations was turned around to become our 3 promises.

I demand that I personally meet these promises but also demand that my employees meet them too. We take them very seriously as they are really the foundation of the business. Our customers have been impressed and our 3 promises have taken root. Last June we asked our clients if we had been keeping our promises… here is what they said.
